Who We Are
Delta Center for Emotional Wellness
At the Delta Center for Emotional Wellness, we believe that to do what we were put on this Earth to do, we must first be well! Wellness is not only a gift we get to give ourselves, taking care of ourselves is our job! And as therapists, we would be honored to walk this journey with you. We enjoy teaching what we know to be true scientifically and helping you apply it to your life.
We are the mental health experts and you are the expert on you! When we collaborate the possibilities can absolutely result in a healthier and happier you. It’s not always easy to sit with a complete stranger to talk about things that you prefer to not even think about. We understand that. Divinely appointed to do this work, we are here for you. We have created a caring, judgment-free zone, where you can simply be you, take the cape off, and breathe. As we address your troubling emotions, thoughts, behaviors or life circumstances, we will offer you a new way to look at life’s challenges, things to consider, motivation, empowerment, and even a few laughs along the way.
Your psychological health and well-being is our passion. It’s what WE were put here to do.
